Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy

Vinimay Publication Returns Policy :

1. Books having defects/damages such as misprints/ blank pages/duplicate pages/page numbers not in order/ folded page
2. This item is eligible for free replacement, within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.
3. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.
4. Used Books 10 days replacement only. (If there should be nothing written on the book)

For outright Cancellations by you:
If you Cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
If you’ve received the product and want to return it, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
